2/10 - 3/10/2023 9-12pm & 2-4pm (5 hours daily) Description: This is a small group (max. 12 participants) intensive practice with Sainaa, a beneficial class for practitioners that can do handstands but want it perfected. Progressing into different shapes, straight, straddle and tuck handstands and we will also work on different entries in the middle of the room. Depending on the level of the participants, he might add more drills to cater to the needs of the participants. He has a keen eye for perfect technique and he works everyone hard, but he'll make you laugh from beginning to end," Sainaa's life began in Mongolia 1972. He trained as an elite gymnast and after winning the national championship for two years running he retired from competitive gymnastics at age 18. For the next ten years, he worked as a multi-skilled circus performer touring the world with the Sukhbaatar troupe, circus Krone, Blackpool tower circus and many other world famous circuses, festivals and gala shows around the world. He specialised tumbling, banquine, handbalancing and swinging trapeze. In early 2000s Sainaa's career lead him to teaching... He settled in London where he combined adult gymnastics coaching at Sport Centres with key role at UK's most prestigious circus school: National Centre for Circus Arts. Since 2004 he has been responsible for all National Centre for Circus Arts degree students handstand and acrobatic technique. Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have no refund for all courses and teacher trainings except any extreme condition. For all group classes, we can only accept class amendment by 24 hours before the class, otherwise we need to charge the class fee and no refund for any circumstance. Hope you understand.
