9-14 Dec 6D5N Yoga Retreat aka 30 hours YACEP Ayurveda and Yogic Life Style course 9/12 7:45am HKG - 2:45pm DED (6 hours + 1 hour flight) + 30 mins drive to Accommodation 14/12 3:20pm HKG - 15/12 6:15am HKG (1 hour + 6 hours flight) • 90 mins lecture x4 • 120 mins yoga practice by local teachers x 5 • 60 mins yoga session by Naomi x 4 • meditation session by local teacher x 5 • excursion x 2 • Ayurveda therapy and diagnose session x1 • all included ayurveda diet (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Since we will arrive the ashram in the evening, the first day only have an orientation dinner and maybe a meditation. Then we will have 4 full days there, the last day we will leave after lunch and take evening flight, arrive Hong Kong at the morning time.
