Shoulders & Upper Body Workshop

All level . Entrance to backbend. Upper body active stretch.

Service Description

The 2-hour study class will gradually deepen the upper body with walls, yoga blocks and straps to help students effectively open the shoulders and thoracic spine. Spinal muscle exercises are also added to the class to safely correct and improve shoulder and back problems; be well prepared for the pursuit of a more perfect backbend. In addition to effective basic exercises, the workshop carefully disassembles the upper body movements to make daily backbend exercises easier. Different variations are also provided for students to try some difficult backbends to improve their practice. Classes are taught in Cantonese, and junior students are welcome. 肩背及上肢展延課 2小時研習課將會以牆壁、瑜珈磚及輔助帶逐步深層伸展上身,幫助同學有效地開肩膊、胸椎,課堂亦加入脊柱肌力鍛煉以助同學安全地糾正及改善肩背問題;並為追求更完美後彎的做好充足準備。 研習課除了涵括有效的基礎鍛煉,仔細拆解上肢動作以讓日常的後彎練習更輕鬆;亦會提供不同變化式子,讓學員嘗試一些有難度後彎式子以提升程度。 課堂以廣東語教授,歡迎初級學生。

Please note that we have no refund for all courses and teacher trainings except any extreme condition. For all group classes, we can only accept class amendment by 24 hours before the class, otherwise we need to charge the class fee and no refund for any circumstance. Hope you understand.
