Handstand 2 days Intensive (Fundamental)

Service Description

18/5 - 19/5/2024 10-12:30pm & 2:00-4:30pm (5 hours daily) Description: Sainaa will be teaching handstand alignment work, both on the floor and the wall. Sessions include a lot of conditioning and flexibility exercises specific to handstands. Very useful class if you are starting out, or if you can already hold a handstand but want it perfected. We will be working on straddle handstand drills, including entires in and out of straddle handstands and side bend drills to learn flag and other shapes. Depends on different levels, he might add some drills to cater to the needs of the participants. Cost: HKD 5800 (early sign-up offer, 2 weeks before the starting date) HKD 6800 (regular price) Location: Hong Kong Bio: Sainaa's teaching is superb. He has a keen eye for perfect technique and he works everyone hard, and make sure you get something before leaving. Sainaa's life began in Mongolia 1972. He trained as an elite gymnast and after winning the national championship for two years running he retired from competitive gymnastics at age 18. For next ten years he worked as multi skilled circus performer touring world with the Sukhbaatar troupe, circus Krone, Blackpool tower circus and many other world famous circuses, festivals and gala shows all around the world. He specialised tumbling, banquine, handbalancing and swininging trapeze. In early 2000s Sainaa's career lead him to teaching... He settled in London where he combined adult gymnastics coaching at Sport Centres with key role at UK's most prestigious circus school: National Centre for Circus Arts. Since 2004 he has been responsible for all National Centre for Circus Arts degree students handstand and acrobatic technique. Cancellation Policy

Please note that we have no refund for all courses and teacher trainings except any extreme condition. For all group classes, we can only accept class amendment by 24 hours before the class, otherwise we need to charge the class fee and no refund for any circumstance. Hope you understand.
