Service Description

Combining the powers of both sexes in Tai Chi, Yin Yang Yoga uses a slow rhythm to reach high stretches and improve concentration. There is also a small amount of strength training. Awaken the soft, deep inner energy. Practise step by step, the pace is relatively low, suitable for junior students. Half of the class is practicing basic asanas, and the other half is focused on static stretching. Give the body plenty of time to maintain inner consciousness, relax mood, help restore energy, adjust the inner balance, and improve sleep quality. Allow students to choose a variety of exercises that suit their own level; suitable for beginners to participate. Classes are taught in Cantonese, and English will also be used as needed. 揉合太極兩性力量,以緩慢的節奏達至高度伸展及提升專注力,也有小部分力量訓練。喚醒柔和、深層的內在能量。練習按步就班,強量比較低,適合初級同學。課堂有一半時間練習基礎體式,另一半則著重靜態伸展。給予身體充裕時間連結內在意識,放鬆的心情,有助回復能量,調整內在平衡,提升睡眠品質。 讓學員可選擇適合自己程度的變化式子練習;適合初學者參加。 課堂以廣東語教授,亦會按需要使用英語。

Please note that we have no refund for all courses and teacher trainings except any extreme condition. For all group classes, we can only accept class amendment by 24 hours before the class, otherwise we need to charge the class fee and no refund for any circumstance. Hope you understand.
